The final terms must state: this site is a free matching service and not a contractor; we do not perform repairs; independent contractors are solely responsible for their licensing, work, and pricing; no warranties on contractor availability or outcomes; limitation of liability; governing law; and that by calling, users agree calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
